BSB40812 Certificate IV in Frontline Management
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically they would report to a manager.
At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
The program is delivered via face to face workshops every 5-6 weeks and is delivered over a 12 month duration. Workshops are delivered at Nara Training & Assessing facilities in Bunbury in one of our three fully equipped training rooms.
The program will comprise of 8 full days of face to face workshops to cover the units of competency for the qualification and 2 optional full day sessions which includes personality profiling and individual coaching sessions. These are included to add value to the package at no extra charge. These sessions, we believe add depth to the program and are unique to Nara Training & Assessing.
Assessment feedback is provided at each workshop and your trainer and assessor will be available between workshops to discuss your progress as required.
The facilitator, Deanna Ward, is a qualified trainer and assessor, life coach and personality profiler with a strong background and education in business and management and Masters in Professional Communications. She is able to offer coaching and mentoring between sessions and assistance with specific issues for each candidate as well as training and assessing.
